After registration, ICOA users will be prompted to complete a profile. Users can include their name, personal statement, business information, resume, company profile, and other relevant details. Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information. ICOA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

Member Account, Password and Security:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account, and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must notify ICOA of any unauthorized use or security breaches and ensure they exit their account after each session.

Member Conduct:

Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, post, message, email, collaborations with other members or partners or transmit via the Service. ICOA does not control the content posted and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. ICOA will not be liable for any content posted via the Service.

ICOA is dedicated to protecting the privacy of its users/members. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information Use: members information is used to deliver, maintain, and enhance our services, as well as to communicate with users. We may also use aggregated, non-personally identifiable information for analytical and marketing purposes.

ICOA offers three distinct membership tiers, each tailored to cater to specific needs:

Basic , Premium and Elite

Each tier of our membership level provides unique opportunities and benefits to support and enhance the professional journey of our members.

Terms of Membership: By using the Free, Premium, or Elite plans, users must adhere to the platform's guidelines for content, accuracy of information in their profiles, ICOA's code of conduct, and privacy policies.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy:

Payment Methods: Users have various payment options, including using ICOA Pay wallet, bank transfers, and payment via an agent.
Billing Cycles: Premium Plan payments can be made quarterly or yearly, while the Elite Plan is available yearly.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: ICOA does not provide refunds for Premium or Elite Plan payments. Members can choose not to renew their plan for the next billing cycle.

Business Partner Terms:

a) You acknowledge that you are responsible for any taxes or other payments that apply to our partner products or services. b) You acknowledge that partners have rules and policies. c) You are responsible and liable for verifying and abiding by these policies. d) You agree that any violation of any such partner’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s). ICOA will announce and publish any new partner offers on the Partners page, and you are advised to check periodically for any updates.

Changes to this Terms and Conditions:

We may update our privacy and terms of service from time to time and will notify users of any changes by posting the new privacy and terms on the website.
