Elite Terms and Condition

These Elite Membership Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the rights and obligations associated with the Elite Membership program offered by Investment center of africa ltd ("Company"). By registering in the Elite Membership program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully .

Article – 1 General and Membership Eligibility

a) Elite membership is available to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set by company. b) Acceptance of membership is at the Company's sole discretion. c) Upon acceptance of your application, we will provide you with an invoice in respect of your Elite Membership at Investment Center of Africa Ltd. d) Your membership will be active as soon as the company receives payment. e) You will receive a confirmation email containing your membership card with name, number and etc in pdf format so you can print it whenever you wish. It usually takes a few days to respond to notifications in a timely manner.

Article – 2 Membership Duration, Fee and Refund policy

a) The Membership fee does not include applicable taxes. b)We may change the Membership fee at any time, but changes will apply only to new and renewal Memberships. d) Elite Membership is valid for one year from the date of registering. e) Membership can be renewed annually by paying the membership fee. Please Note : If you wish to cancel your membership, you may choose not to renew at the next renewal date.

Article – 3 Termination

a) The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend an Elite Membership if a member violates these Terms or engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior. b) In the event of termination, the member will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees paid.

Article – 4 Elite Business Partner Policies

a) You acknowledge that you are responsible for any taxes or other payments that apply to our elite partner products or services. b) You acknowledge that Elite partners have rules and policies. c) You are responsible and liable for verifying and abiding by these policies. d) You agree that any violation of any such partner’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), The company will announce and publish any new elite partners at elite partners page you are advised to check periodically for any updates.

Article – 5 Project/Advertise Display Access ( Optional )

All elite members can create a new ICOA account and submit their application through the Contact Us page to gain access to display their projects or advertise at no cost through the platform.

Article – 7 Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through the online platform or other communication channels.

Article – 8 General Notes

You are committing to a positive and constructive engagement with the company and with other elite members. In the unlikely event that we fail to meet your expectations, you commit to notifying us directly at the earliest opportunity. You may not make false or defamatory information or comments about your membership to the Media or the public, either in hard-copy or electronic format.

Article – 8 Changes to This terms and Conditions

We may update our elite membership terms and conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
